2011 SERVICE HOURS TO DATE - The 2011 HLA Service hours year to date are listed below in Excel format.  Please review for accuracy and email Steve Pollard, HLA General Maintenance Chair, if you have questions.

Remember each HLA lot with water can earn up to a $100 credit on annual dues.  Service hour credits are accrued at $10/hr for a maximum of 10 hrs per water lot.

In previous years, members challenged credit hours at the annual meeting.  This caused problems with accurately establishing an annual HLA operating budget.  So as a change this year, all Service Hours must be accounted for prior to the annual budget meeting in 2012.  It is your responsibility to review the attached hours and identify shortfalls no later than the end of calendar year 2011.  All 2011 service hours will be closed out at the annual Board of Directors budget meeting January 2012.
